Bronze Application Management
As part of the Bana Pele Mass Registration Drive, the Department of Basic Education asked all ECD programmes to register on the eCares’ digital platform. This module enables bronze registration to take place

ECD Profile Management
Functionalities introduced under ECD profile management include ECD programme profile management, ECD staff and child management.

Silver/Gold Application Management
Functionality introduced in the Silver/Gold registration includes:
- ELP registrations through guided Silver/Gold submissions
- Offline site assessments via the digitised framework tool in JourneyApp
- Role-based review and approval within eCares
- EMIS numbers can now also be captured before a certificate is generated
